Hx Medical History Taking is an iPhone application designed to aid medical students in efficiently recording patients' medical histories. It provides a structured approach with a comprehensive set of questions for each stage of the medical history process. Users can input patient responses directly into the patient's profile. Once a profile is completed, it is stored on the user's device alongside other profiles. Users can generate both brief and full medical reports for any stored profile. Reports can be read, emailed, or printed using a supported wireless printer.
